Thanks Dude, now I have the Ramones in my head. You know that song is one that keeps rolling through the brain.
You got a little country thang happening there this week, not in a bad way at all though.
That's a fine fine list Johnny. I'm off to search for The Fondas. I don't think I've heard of them.
I hadn't either, Dale. I heard them on Little Steven's Underground Garage on Sirius Satellite Radio. My rule is that if I hear two songs from an album I like, I buy it. Picture The Pretenders, with Chrissy Hynde having a better sense of humor (I'll tell a tale of a friend waiting on her, and she was an ass) with the Pretenders doing surf music. The Fondas are great. "Oh Baby" was my entree to them.
nice list! great songs
Oh yes, Barbara, I loves me some country!
Great description of the band, I'm on it Johnny!
When I first heard Love to Love You Baby back in Jr. High, it occurred to me, and not before then, that maybe women like to have sex too.
The fucking Ramones. Damn.
Oooh, I Love to Love You is my favorite. . .
