where's the ticket man when you need one? People like that suck! At our local starbucks, a regular customer was wheelchair bound, she would block in the ass that parked in the handicapped spot, and make that person wait until she finished her coffee. Hahahaha I love that!

If they wore a fur coat then they would be warm enough that they wouldn't want to park so close. Geeze.
I blocked a guy one time in front of a bike shop to get his attention and explain what the purpose of the parking spot is. He explained that he was 'only unloading his kid's bike'. I explained that the spot was for people that need to load and unload people, not bikes. I thought he was gonna kill me.
I'm about an inch away from keeping a note pad with me to leave snarky messages for people like that. Apparently cute little fuzzy animals are more important with people who have disabilities. Don't get me started...
I'd like to see this car parked in Aspen and get some candid camera takes.
Tenacious: If you don't have a notepad, you likely have a key. Notes to folks like this can then be left in the side of the door.
Maybe it was 3 legged rabbit driving?
